If you do not find a Doctor on the list in your location, start by emailing or contacting Doctors in your area. The more people that start asking for this procedure and creating a demand the more likely the Doctor will consider doing the procedure the next time they are asked. Do not lose hope as there are Doctors out there that are willing to do this procedure! While I have had not received any comments from anyone that have utilised their services, the fact that they openly advertise PPP treatment is very promising. I sent a letter to this doctor asking if he performed this procedure in the past or would be willing to perform this procedure in the future. As yet I have not received a reply.
